About Astro Vastu Plus
Astro Vastu Plus is a Vastu consultancy in Mumbai that started in 1999, and Mulund East has been our base ever since. It was founded by Shri Yogeshwara guruji, whom most clients and students simply call Guruji. Over the years he has worked with Vastu Shastra, Vedic astrology, numerology and palmistry, and the aim has stayed the same: find out what is actually causing a problem in a person’s life or business, and deal with that. People come to us for very different reasons. A couple who have just bought a flat and want to know if it suits them. A shop owner who feels the business is stuck. A family that keeps running into the same trouble at home. We do not promise miracles to any of them. We study the property, ask the right questions and give honest advice. Sometimes that means a few small changes. Sometimes it means the space is fine and the issue lies somewhere else.If you are looking for a Vastu consultant in Mumbai who will look at your home instead of reading out a template, that is exactly how we work.
Why You Need a Vastu Consultant in Mumbai
Most people in Mumbai do not get to design their own space. The builder decides where the kitchen goes, where the toilets sit and which way the main door opens. You end up with a 2 BHK on the 14th floor, a shop in a ground-floor gala, or an office in a complex planned years ago. Then you move in and start reading about Vastu.
That is where the confusion begins. One video says the kitchen must be in the south-east, and yours is in the north-west. Another says never keep a toilet in the north-east, and yours is exactly there. You cannot break walls in a society flat, and most people would not want to. So what now?
A trained Vastu expert in Mumbai looks at your layout as it stands, works out which issues really matter and which do not, and shows you what can be corrected without construction. Not every “defect” on an internet list needs a fix, and not every fix needs a hammer.
There is a second problem with generic tips. What suits one family or business may not suit another. Applying common remedies without asking an expert is a bit like taking a neighbour’s medicines because they worked for him. It may do nothing, or it may create a new problem. That is why we follow Specific Vastu: advice built around your property, your purpose and your timing.

We study your floor plan, the direction the property faces, and the position of the main door, kitchen, toilets, bedrooms, pooja space and storage. For a shop or office we also look at the cash counter, the owner’s seat, staff layout and stock. If you are planning to buy, we can do this before you commit.
Where it helps, Guruji also looks at the birth charts of the main people using the space. This is the Astro-Vastu part of our work. It explains why a home may suit one member of the family and not another, and it helps decide the right timing for changes.
If something is unclear after the visit or call, you can come back to us with your questions. It is better to do the changes correctly than to do them halfway.
Entrance, cash counter, display, stock and shutter or signage position. Business Vastu is not identical for every trade, so a jewellery store and a grocery shop will not get the same advice.
Plot, layout, machinery, raw material and finished goods storage, office and utilities. We also consider safe movement of people and material.
Kitchen and seating for restaurants, reception and consultation room for clinics, and other service businesses where the layout affects daily work.
If you cannot arrange a visit, send your floor plan, photos and the entrance direction. We review them and guide you over a video or phone call.
Astro-Vastu: Studying the Space and the Birth Chart Together
Vastu tells you about the property. Astrology tells you about the people using it. Astro-Vastu brings the two together. As a Vastu Shastra consultant and an astrologer, Guruji studies both so that the advice fits the person and not only the plan.
This is useful when the same house behaves differently for two family members, when a business keeps hitting the same obstacle, or when you want to pick a good time for moving in, starting work or making changes. We also use it to check whether a plot or property suits a particular purpose before you go ahead.
How to Choose the Best Vastu Consultant in Mumbai
There are plenty of people who call themselves Vastu experts. A few simple questions will help you tell them apart.
We are happy to be judged on these points. Guruji has been practising since 1999, our reviews are public on Google, and every recommendation comes with its reason.
