Destiny Management by Shri Yogeshwara G.
Destiny Management does not promise to remove life's difficult phases. It reads the birth chart to show what lies ahead, uses dasha and muhurta to show when it arrives, aligns the home or office with Vastu, and counsels the person to respond calmly. Learn it as a practitioner, or use it for your own life.
The AVP method · Destiny Management
See the speed breaker before you reach it
This is what you will practise for your clients. Destiny Management does not remove life's bumps. It shows where they are, so people slow down, cross smoothly and keep going.
If you don't know it's thereYou hit it at full speed. A hard jolt, damage and regret.
If you know it's comingYou slow down, cross it smoothly and stay in control.

About us
About Astro Vastu Plus
Astro Vastu Plus is a Vastu consultancy in Mumbai that started in 2001, and Mulund East has been our base ever since. It was founded by Shri Yogeshwara G., whom most clients and students simply call Guruji. Over the years he has worked with Vastu Shastra, Vedic astrology, numerology and palmistry, and the aim has stayed the same: find out what is actually causing a problem in a person's life or business, and deal with that.
People come to us for very different reasons. A couple who have just bought a flat and want to know if it suits them. A shop owner who feels the business is stuck. A family that keeps running into the same trouble at home. We do not promise miracles to any of them. We study the property, ask the right questions and give honest advice. Sometimes that means a few small changes. Sometimes it means the space is fine and the issue lies somewhere else.
If you are looking for a Vastu consultant in Mumbai who will look at your home instead of reading out a template, that is exactly how we work.
"Not every 'defect' on an internet list needs a fix, and not every fix needs a hammer."
— the Astro Vastu Plus approach
Specific Vastu
Advice built around your property, your purpose and your timing.
No demolition first
Corrections that work inside your existing layout.
Understand the foundation
The Vastu Purusha Mandala
Every Vastu reading begins with the Vastu Purusha, the cosmic being said to lie across every plot and every flat, head in the north-east (ईशान्य) and feet in the south-west (नैऋत्य). The plan is laid on this mandala to see which zone each room falls in.
The corners carry the five elements: water in the north-east, fire in the south-east, earth in the south-west, air in the north-west, and open space at the centre, the ब्रह्मस्थान. A kitchen, toilet, bedroom or cash counter is then read against its zone.
NE · Water prayer, study, open
SE · Fire kitchen, electricals
SW · Earth master bedroom, heavy storage
NW · Air guests, movement
Centre · Space keep light and open
Main door read by its exact position
Why it matters in this city
Why You Need a Vastu Consultant in Mumbai
Most people in Mumbai do not get to design their own space. The builder decides where the kitchen goes, where the toilets sit and which way the main door opens. You end up with a 2 BHK on the 14th floor, a shop in a ground-floor gala, or an office in a complex planned years ago. Then you move in and start reading about Vastu.
That is where the confusion begins. One video says the kitchen must be in the south-east, and yours is in the north-west. Another says never keep a toilet in the north-east, and yours is exactly there. You cannot break walls in a society flat, and most people would not want to. So what now?
A trained Vastu expert in Mumbai looks at your layout as it stands, works out which issues really matter and which do not, and shows you what can be corrected without construction.
There is a second problem with generic tips. What suits one family or business may not suit another. Applying common remedies without asking an expert is a bit like taking a neighbour's medicines because they worked for him. It may do nothing, or it may create a new problem. That is why we follow Specific Vastu: advice built around your property, your purpose and your timing.
What you get
What Our Vastu Consultation Covers
You also get Vastu remedies: clear corrections for each issue, in order of importance.
Property analysis
We study your floor plan, the direction the property faces, and the position of the main door, kitchen, toilets, bedrooms, pooja space and storage. For a shop or office we also look at the cash counter, the owner's seat, staff layout and stock. If you are planning to buy, we can do this before you commit.
Personal consultation
Where it helps, Guruji also looks at the birth charts of the main people using the space. This is the Astro-Vastu part of our work. It explains why a home may suit one member of the family and not another, and it helps decide the right timing for changes.
Vastu remedies
A clear list of what to change, in order of importance, and why. We separate the defects that really matter from minor ones you can ignore: moving furniture, changing how a room is used, adjusting key items, correcting colour and lighting. Structural changes only when there is truly no other way.
Follow-up guidance
If something is unclear after the visit or call, you can come back to us with your questions. It is better to do the changes correctly than to do them halfway.
Services
Our Vastu Services for Home, Office and Business
Whether you need a Vastu consultant in Mumbai for a new flat, a retail shop or a factory, the process is the same: understand the space, understand the purpose, then advise.
Vastu for flat and home
A room-by-room review of your entrance, living area, kitchen, bedrooms, pooja space and toilets. Useful whether you are moving in, already living there, or planning a renovation.
New and redevelopment flats
Just taken possession, or getting a flat in a redeveloped society? We help decide room allocation, who sleeps where and how to use each room before the interiors are done.
Vastu check before buying
We assess whether a flat or plot suits your objective before you pay the booking amount. Choosing between two flats? This comparison can save you a lot of trouble later.
Office Vastu
Owner's cabin, team seating, reception, accounts and pantry, reviewed for direction and flow, so the office layout supports the way you work.
Vastu for shop and showroom
Entrance, cash counter, display, stock and shutter or signage position. A jewellery store and a grocery shop will not get the same advice.
Factory and industrial Vastu
Plot, layout, machinery, raw material and finished goods storage, office and utilities, with safe movement of people and material.
Restaurant and clinic Vastu
Kitchen and seating for restaurants, reception and consultation room for clinics, and other service businesses where layout affects daily work.
Online Vastu consultation
Cannot arrange a visit? Send your floor plan, photos and the entrance direction. We review them and guide you over a video or phone call.
What we see most
The Most Common Vastu Mistakes People Make
These come up in consultation after consultation. Most can be corrected without breaking a wall.
- Following internet lists without a floor planGeneric tips applied to the wrong layout often do nothing, or create a new problem.
- Clutter and heavy storage in the north-eastThe water and prayer zone gets loaded with cupboards, shoes or junk.
- Blocking or neglecting the main doorShoe racks, broken lights, dustbins or clutter right at the entrance.
- Filling the centre of the homeHeavy furniture, a column of storage or a toilet in the Brahmasthan.
- The wrong use for the right roomChildren in the master bedroom zone, the earning member in the north-west.
- Bed under a beam, or facing a mirrorSmall placement choices that people live with for years.
- Stove and sink side by side in the kitchenFire and water placed against each other.
- Cash counter and owner's seat placed by convenienceIn shops and offices, the most important seat is decided by where the plug point is.
- Buying products before understanding the problemYantras, pyramids and gemstones bought first, diagnosis done later or never.
- Breaking walls as the first answerExpensive changes in a society flat when a simpler correction would have done.
Common problems
Common Vastu Problems in Mumbai Flats and Shops, and What Usually Helps
The right answer always depends on your full plan, so treat this as a starting point and not a replacement for a consultation.
The main door faces a direction you were told to avoid
You cannot turn a flat around. We look at exactly where on the wall the door falls, what stands outside it, and how the entrance relates to the family members' charts. In many cases we suggest corrections at and around the entrance first.
The kitchen is in the wrong corner
As per Vastu, the south-east is preferred for the kitchen, and the person cooking ideally faces east. When the kitchen is elsewhere, we check where the stove and sink sit and whether they can be adjusted within the same kitchen, instead of asking you to rebuild it.
Toilet in the north-east or centre of the house
This is one of the most discussed defects. Breaking it is rarely possible in a society flat, so we work with placement, usage and remedies that suit your layout.
Bed under a beam, or master bedroom in a doubtful zone
The position of the bed and the beams above it matter in Vastu. Often, shifting the bed or changing how a room is used is a simpler answer than people expect.
No space for a pooja room
Small flats rarely have a dedicated room. We suggest a workable spot and direction for a compact pooja space instead of insisting on something that does not fit your home.
A shop that is not doing well despite a good location
We check the entrance, the position of the cash counter and the owner's seat, how stock is arranged, and how the shutter and signboard relate to the directions. Location is one factor. The inside of the shop is another.
Without demolition
The Most Common Remedies People Need
Most genuine corrections are simple. These are the ones we recommend most often, always chosen for your plan and never as a product list.
- Re-plan how each room is usedWho sleeps where, where the earning member sits, where children study.
- Shift the bed, desk or cash counterDirection and position corrected inside the same room.
- Clear and lighten the north-east and the centreRemove heavy storage and clutter so these zones stay open.
- Correct the entranceClean, well-lit, unobstructed, with the right placement around the door.
- Adjust within the kitchenStove and sink separated and re-angled without rebuilding the platform.
- Colour and lighting by zoneWall colours, lights and finishes matched to the direction.
- Move water storage and heavy itemsOverhead tanks, cupboards and safes placed in the zones that suit them.
- Mirrors, beams and placement fixesSmall changes to what faces the bed, the door and the seat.
- Specific Muhurat for changes and moving inTiming chosen from the charts of the family, the Astro-Vastu way.
- Personal remedies from the birth chartWhere needed, remedies chosen for the person, not the property alone.
Astro-Vastu
Astro-Vastu: Studying the Space and the Birth Chart Together
Vastu tells you about the property. Astrology tells you about the people using it. Astro-Vastu brings the two together. As a Vastu Shastra consultant and an astrologer, Guruji studies both so that the advice fits the person and not only the plan.
This is useful when the same house behaves differently for two family members, when a business keeps hitting the same obstacle, or when you want to pick a good time for moving in, starting work or making changes. We also use it to check whether a plot or property suits a particular purpose before you go ahead.
The space
Directions, zones, entrance, room use.
The people
Birth charts of those who live or work there.
The timing
Specific Muhurat for moving in and for changes.
The purpose
Whether the property suits what you want from it.
A checklist
How to Choose the Best Vastu Consultant in Mumbai
There are plenty of people who call themselves Vastu experts. A few simple questions will help you tell them apart.
We are happy to be judged on these points. Guruji has been practising since 2001, our reviews are public on Google, and every recommendation comes with its reason.
Read our Google reviewsDo they ask for your floor plan? Advice given without seeing the layout is a guess.
Do they explain the reason behind each remedy? You should understand what is being changed and why.
Do they push products, yantras or gemstones straight away? Be careful. Most genuine corrections are simple.
Do they suggest demolition as the first answer? In a flat, this is rarely realistic. A good consultant works within your layout.
Do they promise guaranteed results? No honest consultant can.
Can you verify their experience and reviews? Look for a long track record and reviews on public platforms like Google Business Profile.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Anything else, call or WhatsApp us on +91 93267 04345.
How do I find the best Vastu consultant in Mumbai?
Look for someone who asks for your floor plan, explains the reason behind each remedy, and has a long, verifiable track record. Avoid anyone who promises guaranteed results, pushes expensive products immediately, or suggests demolition without looking at your layout. Read Google reviews before booking.
How much does a Vastu consultant in Mumbai charge?
Fees depend on the property type and size, whether it is a site visit or an online session, and whether Astro-Vastu analysis is included. Share your property details with us and we will confirm the fee before you book.
Do I need a site visit, or is an online Vastu consultation enough?
For most flats and homes, an online consultation works well if you share an accurate floor plan, photos and the entrance direction. For large commercial properties, factories or complex layouts, a site visit gives a more precise assessment.
Are there Vastu remedies without demolition?
In many cases, yes. Adjusting the placement of furniture and key items, changing how a room is used, and following time-based remedies can address many issues. We suggest structural changes only when there is no practical alternative, and we explain why.
What is the difference between a Vastu expert and an Astro-Vastu consultant?
A Vastu expert studies the layout and directions of the property. An Astro-Vastu consultant also studies the birth charts of the people using it. This helps explain why the same space suits one person and not another, and helps choose the timing for changes.
Should I get a Vastu check before buying a flat in Mumbai?
Yes, it is easier to check before you buy than to fix later. We review the entrance, layout and suitability for your purpose, and if you are choosing between two flats, we help you compare them.
Does Vastu apply to high-rise flats?
Yes. Most practitioners assess the flat's own layout and entrance, and that is how we work too. A flat on the 20th floor still has a main door, a kitchen, bedrooms and toilets, and each of them can be reviewed.
What do I need to share for an online Vastu consultation?
Your floor plan (a hand-drawn one is fine if it is to scale), the direction the main door faces, a few photos of the main rooms, and what you want to improve. For Astro-Vastu, add birth date, time and place of the main family members.
Do you offer Vastu consultation in Thane and Navi Mumbai?
Yes. Our office is in Mulund East, and we serve clients in Thane and Navi Mumbai through site visits and online consultation.
Can Vastu guarantee results?
No honest consultant can guarantee outcomes. Vastu is a traditional guidance system, and results depend on many factors. Our aim is to correct genuine defects, give practical advice and help you make informed decisions.
